Tyler will definitely help us, but it is curious to me that he is suddenly fine right after the All-Star break (and trade deadline). I have a feeling like they were just sitting him for the trade.
I've said it before and I will continue to say it, we need to either lose or miss the play-in and get a lottery pick. We need to trade Herro and Wiggs (if possible) and don't extend Norm's contract because there's no point in keeping him if we're going with the youth movement which we should be doing. We need to give up on the star chase mentality, it hasn't worked in a while and it most likely won't work in the future based on our track record.
The best thing that can happen is missing the playoffs and getting a lottery pick. Then the NBA can rig the lottery like they did for Dallas and give the Heat the 1st pick as a recompense for Roziers gambling issue.
