The thing about the Celtics is that they do not just draft quality, talented players with lots of potential. The front office knows that character is a huge factor. Look at Brown, Tatum, D. White and Pritchard for openers. There is a ton of character just right there and you cannot train or teach that beyond a certain age, if at all. They simply have it. There are a few other teams in the league that have figured this out as well but based on what I have seen, not the majority.
