Imo the key to this team's success, especially in the playoff will be: 1. Off: How ANT and the team performs vs blatant double teams. 2. Def: How Julius and Naz can be utilized better on D, Especially when Rudy is not on the court.
A lot of ifs, but definitely good insights about things that could get the Wolves further in the playoffs, if they become regular habits. Looking at you, especially, Rudy.
This wolves team isnt going anywhere. Houston is playing like crap and still ahead of the wolves in the standings, Jokic missed 16 games and Denver is still ahead of the wolves, Luka and Reaves have been injured and the Lakers are still ahead of the wolves in the standings
Wolves are only 1.5 games ahead of Phoenix! This team is not serious, Finch should have been fired a long time ago, and probably Connelly too
The Timberwolves are really lucky to have Divincenzo, he is one outstanding player all the way around, now if we are talking Offence he is quick and he can make threes and he is pretty good at making other baskets, on Defense he is so quick so fast on the floor he can take the ball away in the blink of a eye a steal a take away again and again over and over so how cool is that, and he is not a ball hog but he will take the shot if he is open he is not afraid to try for a basket. Divincenzo is a good player and getting better and better as time passes by, so give that man a cookie and tell him thank you for being one of the Timberwolves. Blessings to all and stay safe, PS play to win every game no slacking focus on every game and be in the right mindset and you will find mindset can go a long ways.
Hoping Rudy spent the break at the Jugs machine and free throw line. If he can become more reliable just catching passes and improve his touch around the rim, we will be eating well in the stretch run. It's more likely Rudy is who he is at this point though. He still needs to hit his free throws. 50 percent or whatever he's at this year is not good enough.
-Hoping DDV can start shooting more consistently. He's pretty solid at times but not enough. He could really work on his finishing around the rim and maybe a mid-range jumper. If nothing else he should feel some pressure from Ayo and I'm hoping that elevates him.
-Naz hasn't been amazing offensively for a few weeks. Would love to see him become a bit more consistent offensively as well. Sort of the same boat as DDV.
-Excited to see what Ayo can do with more practice time under his belt. Still love the move to get him.
-Bones has played overall pretty well with a few stinkers lately. He needs to work on consistency as well. Hoping he keeps his rotation minutes and Conley sits.
-Lastly, Julius Randle. He had a couple nice games to before the break. Really want to see him lock in defensively and show effort all game every game. Personally I think his best games are when he looks to involve everyone on the offensive end. The Hawks game is a perfect example. Much prefer that to what he did in the Blazers game. He just needs to take what the defense is giving him and play team-centric basketball.
Love this team biggest sleeper and they not even that sleepy think they just so good they have gotten bored throughout regular season but they always step up when absolutely needed. Come playoff time I can tell this team will be all business this year they truly want it and have had another year together
The biggest thing I have noticed is that taller players have an easier time seeing over the defense to find the best angles to feed Rudy in advantageous positions.
Joe Ingles and Kyle Anderson are 6'8. Jaden is near 7 feet tall and KAT is.
Ant is 6'4 and consistently struggles to find Rudy when he is open for those brief moments on the roll or in the dunker's spot. Donte is also 6'4, and has better success finding Rudy than Ant, but seems to have a higher failure rate than Joe, Kyle, Jaden, and KAT.
Your points about Donte's defense provide great context for why he's such a +/- monster for the team. Those easy transition points he generates convert at a much higher rate than when the gambles fail, especially while Rudy is behind him to help cover for those potential mistakes.
I would like to see a video analyzing Ant when he is tired vs when he is fresh. Some games he comes out tired (out at da club the night before?). Other games he starts huffing and puffing very quickly.
Please don’t tell us that our championship future depends on if Rudy Gobert can be a playmaker that’s like telling us. We have no chance at all and no this isn’t a joke go bear will never be a playmaker, and he can only be used against certain lineups in the playoffs

Cool to see the Jaden/Rudy hookup. Let's hope it continues and gets to be a consistent weapon. Same with Rudy's passing.
This is by far the best channel for wolves content.
Rudy has the coordination of a toddler. Wolves never winning a chip with him as a starter.

Next year jaden needs to be the #2
I need this channel to cover Tim Connelly draft history. Aside from Murray and Jokic, he's hasn't really hit on anything
THE ITALIAN STALLION
The compilation of DDV steal plays is unreal! Agreed, Gobert is making such better decisions this season. Awesome content!

Break down how they can hone in their 2nd half offense coming down the stretch
I'm so ready for this upcoming stretch before the playoffs. It's gonna be alot of big games coming up, enjoy this run!!!

they need to try and get the 3rd seed to avoid OKC in the 2nd round.
Spot on analysis. The more weapons in the armory, the better for playoffs when good Ds take away your big guns.
nice take…thx

Now show all the times DDV can’t stay in front of his man. Not a good defender.
