Finch only concern is complaining and beating OKC lol he will make sure there intensity at a all time high to play okc then playing the wizards he sits there quiet and watch them lose sadly
Wolves bench depth has been a major reason for their bad losses this year. Adding Ayo and getting Shannon back from injury should help get some more firepower for them. Their starting lineup has a very high net rating for the year
In my opinion it comes down to 2 things..after the 1st WCF it seemed like they dialed it back last regular season to not gas out. Play hard the 2nd half of games but not so much the first half etc.
They realize the West is separated by 2 games 2-7 seed generally so make it to the playoffs.
2nd thing with this season in particular has been the fall off of Connelly and the point being a lackluster area that they've had to fight through.
I got faith in Finch and Connelly. Let's roll
As a wolves fan this team consistently plays down to competition. But I am looking forward to more Ayo games. Particular for the reason of getting Ant and especially Jaden more easy buckets in transition. Usually when Jaden isn’t getting a lot of shots or is having a tough game offensively it hurts his effort on the defensive end.
Here’s the thing gentlemen
Certain individuals carry a certain energy…what is it that Phil Jackson did that Doug Collins failed to do?…what is it that Steve Kerr did that Mark Jackson failed to do?…bottomline, certain coaches carry certain energy that resonates more with certain players…certain coaches demand more respect and attention to details…Chris Finch is a relaxed type of coach that lets the players iron out their own issues, but Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels and Julius Randle are the type of players that NEED strong discipline and more sophistication

Hilarious how they say "let's not disrespect Mike Conley" and then immediately follows with "Chris Paul's worst seasons matches up with conleys best seasons" 😂 the disrespect is wild, conleys best season he was 20 points, 6 assists, 3-4 rebounds. Do I need to say more?
