Injuries have plagued this team but sometimes I feel like Mike Malone had a better grip on this team. They are careless with the ball with way too many turnovers.

This was a terrible game for a team coming off of a week's rest. 3 point shooting bad, free throw shooting bad, turnovers terrible. Our 2 all stars were both off all night, other then Brown the bench did nothing.

It could flip & ya injuries are a factor but they were 6-2 in close games without Jokic,& usually 5 or 6 other dudes. But it's inarguable with Jokic they've been the least clutch good team in the NBA & BOTH Jokic,& Murray the least clutch All stars in close games. Opposition knows just don't get blown out,& you'll win for sure at the end.And this has been an all season thing -not just recently or since all the injuries. They look to be in big trouble against the toughest schedule in the NBA-likely play in team. Granted regular season but they look like the Toronto Maple Leafs in game 7 down the stretch of almost every close game.
Go look at their losses this year-almost all of them close games but almost none of their wins are-at least wins when Jokic has played. Even the most optimistic Nugs fan (apologist) can't have any faith in them if the game is close late.Jokic can't even remember they've given away so many games late. Katie you expect him to remember when like 12 of 15 losses with him were 50/50 games in last minute of regulation but almost none of the wins with him are! Very difficult to keep all these close gag jobs straight! Hell him,& Jamal are like 0 for 20 on game winners/tie (especially if ya count FTs) last 2 yrs,& that's just a tiny part of these many late game give aways.
Back from break like entering the break…….disinterested and no urgency. This team is in trouble.
What's the NBA record for "watching the opposition foolishly foul u up 3 with no time or less than 10 seconds left only to gag on 1 of the tying FTs"… especially for a guy almost 90%! That's 3 for Jamal in what-less than a month? His world team choking away 2 close games at ASG was the least surprising thing ever. Only surprise was Jokic didn't play.
If Jok was 80% of what he was before injury, Denver would have won this game.
Murray = Mr. Clutch…..just like he is in the playoffs😂

They need to tighten up the game now. They have to create a playoff mindset this very moment, like every ball training, workout and game is a do or die.
