Love the lineup data. Strong correlation there with Lebron on the court and the Lakers poor perimeter defense. They gotta lock in if they want this trio to work not only in the clutch but throughout
Now that everyone is healthy JJ needs to manage the lineup to not burn them out, the top 3 players can’t be averaging more than 33 minutes a game. It’s important to have the end of the bench guys playing a few minutes every game because you need them ready for the playoffs
Based on the stats in the video – I think Lebron needs to play with the bench more. Let Luka and Reaves in the starting lineup, then let James continue with the 2nd unit.

DFS did not contribute much to the offense but the quartet of Doncic, James, Reaves, Hachimura were already working well before. JJ could not find a replacement for DFS. Smart may be too small. Maybe Vando or Laravia is the best.

The more I look at this team and opportunity, next season will be amazing if Rob actually cooks. Throw the cap space at Watson and Kessler and bring Bron back on a big discount (NTMLE or MLE). Using exceptions and trades to fill the rest would make LA a contender. This season ain’t over but a lot of upside in the future too.

Both LA teams in this decade are known for the "if fully healthy" fairy tale.
When looking at Luka, AR, LeBron as a combo I would like to remove the Rui + Center combos from existance, because we kinda knew from last season, it's a bad lineup, and it won't work, put LeBron in a different role and an on ball defender for a small ball lineup, and it's pretty damn good. I would also like to see LeBron in a different role when they grab Vando/Smart for that rotation with Ayton, but we will see.
Y'all tripping small ball lineup isn't the best option Rui isn't a good defender period it not to mention LBJ slowly declining defensively and maxi has been playing well since he in the rotations and the playoffs ain't going to change for them

Lakers aren't going anywhere until LeBron is gone. We've been hearing this for years, have to be healthy, let's see what happens. I'm not interested in watching until 23 is gone. The entire current management team needs to go as well, from Jeanie down.
