He should definitely chill out this season, but if they make a deep playoff run he should try to come off the bench, maybe on a minutes restriction
JT should be on a minutes restriction. If playing in the starting lineup, he should slot in and essentially play the role Hauser is right now. Screener, catch and shoot. Expose a mismatch here and there. Rebound. Defense. If he comes off the bench.. with PP and vuc thats a really interesting thing too. Maybe if he's off the bench they let him run the offense as per usual. Either way, if JT is able to give them a consistent 12-15 a night with 6-7 boards and a few dimes, that will move the needle for this team. I think worst thing they can do is have him come back and come back to his old role.

It would be better if JT were an arrogant narcissist. He would slide right in. But since he's a good dude he needs to get his confidence back.
