Maybe I'm too hard on Jarace but I consider a good Jarace game just 1 WTF moment and not 4. There will come a time when we're in a close game that is important and he's going air mail the ball or throw it away.

I hate everything around the whole tanking narrative. Tanking is understandable and given the salary cap structure how else are small market teams realistically supposed to build contending teams? It seems obvious to me that all these changes will accomplish is punish bad teams for being bad and keep them bad for longer, since things like flattened odds will send the best players to average or better teams.
Adam Silver os worried about tanking which he made worse. They need to eliminate the lottery completely. I wish Silver would focus on foul baiting which make the game hard to watch. Tony you are great! Love your coverage.
ok… the jarace glaze is getting kind of ridiculous. he just went 6-28 in two games against the god awful wizards with five turnovers in both games. how is that "continuing to play well"?

I don’t mind the not picking top 4 twice in a row thing. Then you’re at least potentially sacrificing something by tanking. Takes a few teams out of the tank race the next year so we don’t have 10 teams that need to lose like this year. Evens out year over year lottery luck too. I think getting #1 pick should be penalized more than getting #4 pick though. That part seems unfair
