Not a bad take by Chuck at all . Over 7 games lakers would have a tough time beating any of those mentioned teams. They would definitely be considered the 6 or 7 seed in the West no matter what the standings are
Charles is always an NBA doomer. If you’re not an upper echelon team, which it’s kinda weird to throw Minnesota into that mix, you’re a trash team and stand no chance. I’m sure the NBA isn’t to thrilled about his comments because that’s definitely not the narrative they want- that if you’re not one out 4, 5, or 6 teams out of the entire 32, you should just pack it up and call your season early cause you’re “trash.” They’re not trash, they’re a good, not great, team with a likely top 4 offense if they can stay healthy.
