Ayton is not wrong lol. He is a skilled bug who deserves to touch the ball man. Not just set screen all game. This guy knows he can play, if you actually watch the games you can clearly see that he is not the problem. He is right, he is no Clint Capela, he is more skilled and has the potential to be dominant. Unfortunately, with Luka and LeBron he will never get the touches that he needs in order for the lakers to win. Everyone is going to roll and just catch alley hoops all day. He needs to be engaged. You can’t make someone who you want them to be. He deserves to touch the ball man. Look at how many balls Luka and the others shoot. He ain’t no scrub, far from it. He is right, he is not Clint Capela. No disrespect to Clint Capela! But this man is 27 watching his career go down the drain.
You mentioned how good the lakers were when DA got shots at 11:30 minutes and they were winning. But you want to bash him when he doesn’t get the touches and they lose! Someone let’s be real. Im going to be real honest. DA is not the issue..the lakers have to many ball dominant players. Demanding the ball. We dont have a true pg, we have a combo guard “reaves” who cant play defense.
