  1. Insane travel by Sensabaugh at 3:39 😛

I don't have high expectations for SloMo (or even if Finch would give him meaningful playing time) but I hope he contributes. And please don't use him as a point-of-attack defender please

  2. For a buyout move, I really like it. He shot 40% from 3 one year (on low volume) before he got an eye laceration. Bummed to hear he's not shooting them this year.

  3. SloMo definitely helps the bench and younger player development. Naz with Ayo, Slomo, TJ and Clark can definitely add D flavor to the Rudy Sorbet show.

  4. He should be taking minutes from Julius whenever Julius is struggling on offense even the slightest bit. Without offense Julius is a big ass negative, Everyone else in the main rotation does other shit when they can't get going offensively. Slomo is a better passer than Julius and having someone that actually gives a shit on defense, let alone makes rotations and closes out on shooters will help a lot. I'd bring him in as a defensive specialist to close out leads like they do in baseball with shitty fielders.

  5. What’s so frustrating with Randle is he can play decent defense but he usually chooses not to. He’s so big and strong he can guard these strong big men. Slomo is not a bad addition.

  6. I think he should take most of Bones' and TJ's minutes going forward. I still think Joan should be the back up 5 that pushes Naz to the 3, but if the team doesn't think he's ready for that then Kyle can be the back up 5 defensively when Rudy is off the floor. He's limited offensively, but as long as he's used correctly he can still be a plus on offense. Bones' defense is what it is at this point and TJ still seems lost right now trying to work off the rust so Kyle feels like the better option right now until we see otherwise on the floor.

  7. I think this is a really solid addition. This team needs a veteran who can hold them accountable. The team knows him so it's not like a total outsider coming in that could cause friction. Also having a smart solid defender to come in during the Non-Gobert minutes is really big.

  8. Tbh just hoping he can be used to take away some of Randle’s minutes when he’s lacking effort or just being trash.

  9. He was pretty much the best player we had on the court for a lot of that Dallas series we got wrecked in. Definitely looking forward to having him back.

  11. love Kyle addition but his level of impact will depend on how finch uses him. if he uses him as you described as basically a back up 5 he's gonna be huge. But if finch plays him w Rudy all the time like a few years ago it's gonna drive me nuts. kills spacing.

  12. Slo Mo causes spacing problems because when we're on offense, the opponent doesn't cover him because they know he's not a threat.
When he was on the Wolves we saw double team and triple team defense on our shooters. On offense we can only use him as a 6'9" point guard who can't shoot.
When he'd sub in, the three rows in my section at Target Center would all sigh in disappointment. We wanted him back on the bench.
Yeah, maybe Slo Mo is a fun, supportive voice on the bench and in the locker room, but isn't that why we have Mike C and Joe Ingles? Just like those aren't two guys that should be getting minutes, neither should Slo Mo. Use Clark and TSJ for defense to pair with Randle and Naz.
I hope that I'm proven wrong by seeing that having Slo Mo causes us to win.
I'm not seeing what you are seeing in Slo Mo.
