Dennis should’ve been benched after his 100th turnover. Coaching down the stretch was horrible. The refs turned a blind eye to the egregious fouling by the Pistons. Tyson made one dumb mistake after another. Thats 2 games in the loss column where we could’ve easily won both if better decisions were made
Why was the ball put solely in Schroder’s hands the last 10-25 minutes of action? Let Porter initiate some. The kid was making good decisions, had 11 assists! Mobley was playing very well offensively and barely had a touch down the stretch. Downsreen him to the high post and let him work. It’s not that hard! I like Atkinson but put this on him. Terrible coaching down the stretch.
Kenny lost us this game. I was calling for shroeder to get pulled as early as 5min left in the 4th. Kenny left him in through the whole 4th and OT. When Allen fouled out TB should have come in for allen and craig for shroder.
I like dennis and i get we were short handed but he was unspeakably bad in the 4th quarter and ot. He might have had 5 tos just in the last 10 minutes of game time.
Kenny refused to make any adjustments and made zero subs. Even proctor or anyone for that matter wouldve given us a better chance than dennis did late.
I hate how he uses Mobley. Basically he’s turned into a pick and pop player or he just stands at the three point line. We run zero plays for him on the low or high post. He has a middy.
This is why the roster is flawed and redundant. We whined about DG because he wasn’t playing his game. Now we whine about Mobley. When you’re making him play exactly the way he is because of the style.
We’ve had 4 years make a choice because using him a spacer standing at the three point line or getting a pick and pop ain’t it. Also, we’re killing Tyson progression as well. Ever since you’ve demoted him and not let him feel like “it” and give him confidence to be it. He’s been a shell. I’m just fed up, figure how to use this redundant a$$ roster because as of now I see an early exit.
And for the love of god, put DS on the bench when he’s forcing it and TOs. You let him run the game like he Harden or Spida. CP, Proctor, you got a bench full of guards it’s not hard
As a Pistons supporter this 3pt foul was not good. He faked good and deserved the whistle, maybe. But they need to revise this rule. I don't know what type of change can be made but these fake fouls are hurting the game. I'm still happy that my guys won after putting so much effort.
