Respectfully, speaking I love Diawara and I always thought he should play more. I don't think it's fair to say Mitchell can't play with Jeremy. I just believe…..he just got to the Knicks. Chemistry takes time to develop. I trust somewhere down the line he can help the Knicks. He is athletic and he plays defense. Mitchell can get boards and he can help on the boards. Diawara can be OGs backup.. Bridges doesn't need to stop shooting but,he needs to get to the basket more. He doesn't go to the free throws line. The Knicks need to play more small ball at times get dirty basket so the 3s can open up. I would love Alvarado,Shamet,Diawara,Mitchell and Jeremy at a second unit. Then we can play mix and match as line ups change. Knicks are not the same. Defense is not aggressive enough. Detroit kills us because we don't impose our style on them. We are shooting too many 3s. Cade is gonna score but,we gotta stop everyone else. Cade be killing us on the Mid-range. Diawara supposed to get the minute before Jeremy. They don't play the same role anyway. Diawara should help guard Cade along with Jeremy and OG. Bridges cat handle him. This win was supposed to happen. We gotta beat better teams.

Finally, Tell Mike Brown to challenge some of those offensive fouls. James Dolan need to come down and regulate.
It all boils down to the same thing. I know we can beat Mil on a Friday night. Great! Nice! Wonderful! But when we are talking about winning a championship I think our play against the better teams are what we are really paying attn to. Can we repeat this type of performance against the Pistons, New look cavs, or a full strength okc? Kat and Mikal fading into the night when the opposition wants to play physical….that is the concern. Yes we won. That is great. Always better than losing. But from a championship perspective…from a beating the good physical teams perspective…, beating Mil doesnt make me feel any better about our ability to do that. Need the consistency. Still waiting on that.
