   This caping for Ware has gotten out of hand. He is a good talent, there is no denying it, but there are certain things the coach is looking for from him. It's no secret, if you listen to Spo, you know exactly what he wants out of Kel'el. The way he played against Houston is the way he ought to be playing all the time and when he doesn't the team suffers. It shouldn't matter whether you're starting or not. How many points you're getting or not. How many minutes you're getting or not. How are you impacting the game. BTW Bam has said the same thing. Some times Ware falls in love with the three. Some times the defense pushes him out of position on rebounds. That is the truth. And if the coach and the coaches are asking you to do something and you're not doing it, then they have the authority to sit your ass down. Simple. Coaching isn't just in the game. It's in practice, it's in film, etc. If the player decides not to listen to the HEAD COACH, you as the coach are going to reward that? I love what Ware brings to the team, much needed size but come one everyone, let Spo do his job, I'm sure, as much as a mad man that Spo is, he is trying to get the best he can out of the personnel that he has. If the stupid Play-In didn't exist this wouldn't even be a conversation right now. The Heat would just be a team jockeying for a better playoff position, not jockeying for a better playoff position AND trying to make sure they don't lose two games and have their entire season mean nothing.

   127-119 over the past three years. Spo is nowhere near an all time great coach. How was his coaching against Dallas in year one of the Big 3.

   Spo and Riley will never win a championship again. Team is as average as they come.

   Not everyone ends up undrafted stars like Ben Wallace. I wish we would stop trying to find whales and draft one save cap and worry about the rest later.

    The heat not consistent starting with the coaching. Honestly go get a young superstar and tank. Because this current team isn't beating any of the top teams in the Eastern conference in a seven game series. Rather not have that type of exit and just go get a good draft pick instead and reset
