Bro I predicted that they're going to have another off night gaming in this game they had an off-night against Orlando magic it's like how many games is it going to take for them to finally shoot the ball better it's frustrating watching other teams drain shots but every time we shoot it's a brick if this keeps up I see us losing in the first round again in the playoffs
We should have kept Dennis. Now we’re stuck with Danis. This is not our year. When will it be? Who knows. Boston is not far behind and they have great shooting. Cade needs help. Langdon, you have a lot of work to do this offseason.
The Cavs are the Pistons with better shooters and creators. The Cavs are not intimidated at all by the Pistons. Bully ball is not going to get it done against this team. This is the team that really concerned me after the moves for Harden and Schroder. Need the Pistons to step up.

Atkinson and his staff do an amazing job of shrinking the floor against teams that can’t shoot. And because the length of those two bigs, they’re able to shade over in help on Cade without compromising the middle of the floor
Shouldn’t be concerning. They are a better team than us with two hall of famers lol and two bigs with shooters. They are better. They should be. We are ahead of schedule…they are not.
We have literally no lineup versatility. It would be so nice if we maybe jus had a stretch big that we could throw in every once in while to open up the paint for Cade when he’s struggling to get it going
Unfortunately it will come back to hunt is that we didn’t get a second/third scorer at the deadline because our front office is so stuck on “we’re still evaluating where we’re at” . Man, f that we here!😂
This offense is so discouraging because even when the results are good, the process of our baskets feel like a one off. It feels like a different sport watching our offense vs other top teams and it's not all bc talent
Detroit season has been real cute. However, if they see Cleveland in the playoffs, the Cavaliers is getting them up out of here in four. Maybe five like some real gentlemen
These young Pistons remind me in some ways of the U of M Fab 5 team. They came out of nowhere and achieved making the NCAA finals. Did they have flaws? Yea, they lost 2 NCAA finals. The future is not always guaranteed.

Without even watching yet, this has been a first two minutes problem. If you go down 2-11, it's uphill all game. But Cavs are for sure a match-up problem. EDIT, I watched half of this (I'm going to bed now) and still no mention of the slow starts in past few weeks and throughout the season. George and Greg, Mark and Rick have all been mentioning this. Seriously, just do the math. We start the game at 2-11, the Pistons won the rest of the game 107-102. If score is tied at 8 and the rest of the game is the same, Pistons win by 5 instead of losing by 4.
Main point being: What is happening in the first few minutes of games recently? Is this a coaching thing maybe? Hubris?
I wonder how much attention the coaches put on offense in practice. I suspect not enough. Ive heard Tobias say something like they practice defense 85% of the time. Sometimes they look lost and rushed on offense plus the poor shooting. IDK its just a thought.
Cavs are a better team than the Pistons. Cavs have been a good defensive team for a while now. Pistons need a couple more better-than-average two way players at PF and two-guard. Then they will be elite. Yes, I want the Pistons to win it all but they do not have the horses, pure and simple.

You're fucking insane, Pistons dont need to worry about the cavs… I bet you Cavs don't win if Mitchell was playing, their problem is Mitchell is great on offense and terrible on defense. The east will be a matchup problem, in the playoffs you need experience. Essentially fully healthy this is the order of real title Hopes. Denver>Celtics>Pistons=OKC>Cavs>Knicks>Spurs
It funny because we still have the same shooting issues when we first drafted cade. Sometimes the issues are ignored because of our record.

There's a possibility that LA isn't planning on keeping Garland long term so if the opportunity arises to acquire Darius to play alongside Cade and Duran and reunite with JB, I wouldn't see why not. Yes, DG doesn't have the defensive capabilities but Detroit has enough defense to surround around his ELITE playmaking/scoring abilities.
