Fire Doc Rivers and 50% of the problem would be solved.
I would like to see Sims next to Giannis attacking the rim, i feel like there is so many combinatios and players on the bench we need try out

The team not playing hard is mystifying since Doc was the originator of the heart and hustle team w the 1999-2000 Magic.

The Team as shown that it was a very talented team, but KPJ and specially ROllins need Direction so they can Limit their EXCESSIVE dribbling.
When the Ball Moves that you have 6 to 7 Double Digit Scorers the Bucks are a very Terrifying team for a lot of Teams in the NBA including NBA Contenders.
But the Ball has to be touch by all players almost every possession, Move the Ball , players Moving their Feet and Cuting, placing screens that has been their winning Formula.
FIRE DOC put a Real Coach who plays that same Team Basketball Mentality and you ll be Successful without Giannis.
Giannis doesnt seem to want to adapt to Team Basketball and his body is breaking,
last Game he went back to the Losing Formula of Grabbing the ball and not caring for his teamates.
The Core players that really play Great Team Basketball are :
Kuzma which to me is the Glue of that team cause he looks for everybody on the court and is ready to play winning Basketball,
Sims (which explains his Rise and improvements), Dieng ( he will dominate with a great coach with actual systems) ,
Pete Nance (which has with Kuz and Dieng the highest IQ of the team capable of doing a lot of things on the court but Doc aint seeing Shit),
KPJ (but he will need a lot of discipline and stop dribbling as much as he does to release the ball quicker either threw a pass or scoring) ,
AJ Green (but more as a 2 unit Scorer or six man, he can actually pass really good they just limited him to a scorer but I bet he would be a killer in a team like the Celtics
doing way more passing and scoring)
Rollins (but he will have to play and defend last Last year Rollins taking players full court some times or be more agressive defensively and stop monopolizing the ball
under right coaching he will be very good i believe if he doesnt let his Ego take other and play team basketball not just scoring like a Cam thomas)
Bobby could stay but coming off the bench and scoring or be sold due to his high salary. He is a Solid peace that plays team Basketball aswell.
Build with those 6 to 7 Core players, you can Trade the Rest No Cam Thomas to ruin the ball movement, Turner which is not a good Big and way too expensive, the rest are just all Tradable not providing much anyways.
Everything is so clear but Doc is there to RUIN THE TEAM. He must Leave NOW.
PS: ALL the 7 Core players will be Great Assets for NBA Contending Caliber Teams so the Bucks better ACT Fast and provide a Solid plan before the End of the Season or many of them could be gone.

Doc Rivers, unfortunately, has lived down to his worst critics about avoiding acknowledging his deficiencies and poor decisions/strategies. Thus he is not doing the 'self-scouting' to adjust his approaches either as a team leader or in the Xs & Os on the court.
The mistake made was thinking Bucks management and Boston are on the same level .the Bucks don't have identity or a system ,and that's why we are a lost team with a superstar exiting his prime due to injuries
The Doc experiment should be oven. NOW.

Justin and Cam : the season is over .. If the Bucks would of beat the bulls it was possible to hit.500 / NOT NOW. Send Giannis home play everyone lots of minutes to help determine who stays on roster. (I do have to wonder if Giannis has an issue with Turner , very little interaction)

The tanking discussion should have been 6 weeks or so ago when it was clear this was a lost season. Just keeping Doc until season ends should guaranty 10th worst record.
There are no more big games or must wins. As you both point out all that matters is getting a look at players to see who is a potential keeper for a complete start over. And keep Giannis minutes low and no back to back. Certainly everybody wants Giannis to be the foundation for the future. But seeing the look on his face during the Boston game was heartbreaking. If he wants to leave I would understand. Very tough times for the Bucks faithful.

If we want an identity it starts with getting a coach that has a fucking plan – I'm so sick of this organizations insistence on kind of talking around Doc, he's not a good coach, never has been. He's been blessed by having generational talent on practically every team he's coached and even then they succeeded in spite of him and were ultimately ground down to mediocrity. Fire Glen Rivers!!!!
You can see they are tanking all of the players know it ..body language don't lie some don't care others do, what i don't get is why bring Giannis back? makes Zero sense to me.

It's not a coaching issue. It's not a talent issue. It's not scheme or fit or front office issues (you can't draft well with poor picks, and the FA/development has been the best in the league).
It's a Giannis problem. He's always had a VERY LOW BBIQ (and his real one is likely under 90).
He cannot fathom modern basketball and he learned NOTHING from watching the Bucks gel and become a better team while he was out.
You can't win in a league that–ironically, since Giannis helped usher it is–has become FAR more athletic at the 3, 4, and 5 over the last 15 years (PGs and SGs pretty static in athleticism for abut 25 years) unless you make rapid decisions and move the ball constantly. I'm talking about how the team moved the ball without Giannis, deciding to shoot or move the ball in under 2 seconds.
EVERY TIME Giannis touches the ball he's hanging on to it for more that 5 seconds.
He's a force of nature and nothing more. Even Bobby and Myles have bought in to moving the ball. Giannis thinks he can dictate terms on every possession and selfishly wants all the AST stats to himself (when he doesn't get the bucket).
He is not capable of changing. It's ALL ego, derived from the belief that he's Superman (and you'd think these injuries would have humbled him).
He's just about money and fame, as shallow as Dave Chappelle has become, and he's not capable of self reflection and Jungian growth.
May as well tank and get a good pick and trade GA, Kuz, and Green in the off season (and hope that GTJ turns down his option and we can extend KPJ). Turner at the deadline.
Rebuild with a new scheme in mind that is modern.
Because you'll never convince Giannis to be the ultimate rim runner and never touch the ball on offense.
And I'm always thinking play offs and getting the younger guys experience. That doesn't matter until the toxic narcissist is out of the clubhouse.
And his idiot brother.
