  1. Love how the media still spins out the "can they play together?" narrative when they've been playing together for nearly decade with zero drama and literally just won a championship the other year.

  2. Hi John – It reminds me of when Jordan came back from Baseball. I was at the game. It was pumping. I could only see it on the NBA app but to me that is what it looked like.

  3. 💚 there was a sweet moment in the game when the Jays shared a high five and smiles. The Jays know it will take both of them to win the next banner. It's not one or the other, it's both. There's no rivalry. It's a team. 💚

  4. When Joe said no minutes restriction i thought he wasnt being serious. I guess JTs playing time will be situation based. He looks like he can handle the cardio and pace which is a good sign.

  5. Just like the NBA Finals, ESPN dropped the crowd noise in the mix. We don't care what Mike Malone is saying.

  6. Can we normalize professional podcasts having professional audio? Twitch streamers can sound check a mic, let’s get rid of the pops on the lapel…

Love the content, but listening with headphones drive me crazy!

  7. I tihnk Neemias Queta starts regardless of the Vucevic injury. Dude is a baller at this point. Great development all season, high motor, hands getting better each game, more forceful etc.

  8. I had to rewatch the play where Vuc got injured because it looked like Cisse grabbed his whole hand and forced it down while also pinning his elbow with quite a lot of force. I figure Vuc sees it as a bit of a fluke on a pretty regular play though because I was surprised he didn’t seem more upset. I think the contact looked pretty bad though and I wasn’t surprised it needs surgery after that… I feel like a lot of people missed this.

  9. Super happy for him and his family! What an ordeal but I’m firm believer in whatever doesn’t kill you just makes you stronger. Feel like this was a turning point in his career and he’ll only thrive from this point on. I also know there’s always a possibility of setbacks, so one day at a time, one game at a time. 🙏🏻💚🔒

  10. 😂😂😂it's almost as if this guy hates the Celtics. His negative slant towards the Celts are always present.

  11. I think he second guessed on that dunk. I think he's still worried about forcing it too much that may lead to an injury

  12. Great to see JT! I was so nervous but relieved once he was done for the night and looked good. John, I thought of you when he was grabbing his shorts after a few minutes because he was gasped 😅

  13. I thought he would come off the bench, he started. I thought he’d play around 15-20 minutes, he played 27 minutes. I thought he’d be rusty and gassed, he was but finished so strong. What a comeback.

  14. The missed dunk surprisingly to me was an impressive play the, burst the dust his defenders to get all the way to the rim free. He'll get his legs back and be finishing those

  15. All the bloviating from non medical non basketball experts. No minutes restriction and he looks just rusty. Starting as was obvious.

Let’s just see and have the pundits stop guessing.

The Cs and JT know what they are doing.

Jk as usual has been the best and most accurate but also making too many guesses that were off base.

The gather is two free throws on a foul so has to be a block imo. Should be consistent I would think but makes sense as a steal too.

What an amazing position for the Cs 🍀🏀🍀

  16. Great first game, he easily could have got a triple double. Started cold but the put back dunk got him right into rhythm and then he went off a little. I'd like to see him on the floor with Hugo and Scheiermann for a stretch to see how he meshes with them. Dallas did a good job defending the Queta lobs.

  17. This was super encouraging. JT looked as good as I think you could reasonably hope and it seemed to only take 3 quarters for the team to find the chemistry… it’s one game, good or bad I’m not going to overreact. It’s the Mavs… let’s see how this next stretch goes before we get too crazy but this is very encouraging. I’m excited to see what’s next.

  18. I loved the camera angle after that first 3 from Tatum where you could see Duece jumping up and down cheering.

  19. Last for Jayson Tatum was a warm up game but thank god his game is not explosiveness and it’s about skill

  20. I laugh when I fail to verbalize what makes DWhite such an amazing player, he’s just great at everything without looking like he’s doing anything

  21. Queta Garzilla duo is dominating. Celtics play so well with these two. They only keep getting better with more minutes.
With Vuc unfortunately he is old in nba years. He is not getting any better at this point in his career
