In this episode, I provide film and narrative breakdown on how the Golden State Warriors almost beat SGA and the Thunder but came up short due to a number of factors, but especially due to Steve Kerr starting Pat Spencer next to Brandin Podziemski to form the worst starting defensive backcourt in the league. Had either of GPII or Nate Williams started for the resting De’Anthony Melton instead of Spencer, Warriors likely would have come away with an impressive victory.
Without Steph Curry, the team continues to compete at a high level, showing their potential when Curry does eventually return.

Closer to the ideal rotation by minutes, it would look like this:
PG: Podz 36 / LJ 12
SG: GP2 20 / Nate 16 / Leons 12
SF: Gui 36 / Green 12
PF: Green 20 / Al 28
C: KP 22 / Post 26
Who should we convert full time for the last roster spot. Williams, Cryer, or Leons?
Same old story, not going to change as long as Kerr is coaching!
Spencer wasnt playing well tdy, He should have been sub out. He was getting scored on 3 plays in a row in the 4th? And that few possessions that he dribbled the ball way too long and toss them to his teammates for hail mary shots.
Pat soencer also fouled a three point shooter aswell
O Didn’t like Porzings. I think Holford can do better. On defense KP let them ALWAYS alone…he cant defends.
Gui has been huge on defense and good on offense. The problem is when He is on the bench.
maybe KPs real health issue is brittle skeleton syndrome or something.
didn't watch! figure they should've used CJ Cryer, Leon's, & Nate, more.. especially without Melton.. Thunder without their 2 Bigs and others and flopped!😳..
What happened to Post?
That advice steph gave podz to be decieve you can see it really helped hes slow step actually works becuase the dfense needs to rrspect his drives
If you have the stupidest coach in the NBA history there will always be frustrating plays, players out of position, and giving away winnable games…just because of the id!otic and egomaniac coach who just can’t let go of his never ending stup!d small ball line-ups that never worked, especially is Clutch games…is Steve Kerr sick in the brain? Or just plain stup!d??
Im tired pat man he can't play defense to save his life soon Seth comes back please sit pat down idc if we trade him in the off season and kp I got to work on his defense tho
If they decide to use KP, they need to put Malevy or Nate. Green is too short. Right now, they have better defender than Green.
Gui is something special, if he keeps this up even next season. He gonna have a 2021-2022 Jordan Poole Type breakout season or even better. I think he needs to work more on his FTs and he’s primed to breakout to even All Star level type guy
Guys, Gui Santos have a 16 year old brother, Edu Santos has a greater potencial than him, he already playing at pro level in Brazil like Gui was, he is in the Brazilian under 18 national team, in 2027 draft dubs need to find a way to bring him
Credit to Jim Park, “The Oracle,” whose analysis pointed out from the start that this game was a mixed bag of good and bad. After watching it all unfold, I’d say he was right on the money.
To me, the whole game felt like a basketball version of “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.”
The Good:The Warriors’ hustle and competitiveness against the #1-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder. They stayed in the fight and showed enough grit to remind everyone they can still challenge top teams.
The Bad:Some of the offensive execution and rotations stalled momentum at times. The effort was there, but the rhythm wasn’t always.
The Ugly:A few stretches of defensive lapses and missed offensive opportunities that really stood out. Even 7'2" Kristaps Porzingis, with all that height and reach, had moments where the shot contests seemed… optional. When you’re that tall, just raising your arms should start a small weather system. 🌩️
Final Take:As the Oracle said from the beginning, it was a mixed bag. But going forward, I am hopeful!
If Gui could be consistent with his rebounds stats he would be a average double double player
Obviously Porzingis is rusty .. 1st game back in quite a while. Relax. Hell get better
@@jimparkgm. The game was good but my problem is, there was times at the end when we needed scoring so Why wasn't LJ Cryer not the go to?. Yes Pat and Poz are not doing anything together, but LJ Cryer scoring could have won us this game.
Why did draymond let Shai step back to his right hand , how many times does Shai do that move come on dray pressure him make him drive and go left send to the help ,dumb decision by green on that play
