I haven't seen anything from the All Star Break on to show Jokic is the best player in the league. I'm a Lakers Fan and really like Jokic a lot. But Shai has been impressive and has taken that MVP away and he plays well all season. Number 1 Seed 3 years in a row.

Put jokic on the thunder and they probably lose 6 games tops. Put s g a on the nuggets , and they miss the playoffs
SGA is great and he's improved every season. But the best in the world title is skewed when people look at winning as the end all to the conversation. In the last 5 years, Giannis and Jokic have won titles with teams ,I would say, that are 80% approximations of how you'd build around them, Luka, Booker went to finals with about 75%, Tatum and Brown had a 95% team and SGA probably has the closest to perfection that you can build before superteam levels.
I never understand and surprised how YouTube channels never point out the elephant in the room it's not jokic defense it's the awful perimeter defense of the nuggets they are bottom 3 in the nba they guard nothing the zone defense is not for jokic it's for the perimeter 3 defenders of thw nuggets, it's insane how many island and scramble on defense action there is on each nuggets games.

What about this team and their bargain bin coach makes them think that the nuggets are going to go 15-2?? This team has already lost a ton of games to terrible tanking teams. We know Adelman will cost the team at least 4 or 5 games and the nuggets are always going to fall to the level of the competition
