Luka Dončić (31/11/11), Austin Reaves (31/7/8), DEFENSE LEAD LAKERS Past Wolves
The Lakers had a major confidence building win over the Knicks Sunday at Crypto.com, and Tuesday they hoped to send a message with another resounding win.
Mission accomplished.
In a game that started as a rock fight where neither team could seem to buy a bucket, the Lakers would find their stride and put some space between them and the Wolves, using a dominant third quarter to pull away and build a lead they’d never come close to giving up. Final score, 120-106. Luka Dončić finishes with 31/11/11, with a pair of steals and a block. Austin Reaves was excellent as well, nearly finishing with a triple double of his own – 31/7/8, with only one turnover.
But those two had help. Deandre Ayton was excellent, with 14 points and 12 rebounds. Luke Kennard had 10 points, and Jake LaRavia was an inspiration, getting beat up left and right but still figuring out ways to contribute.
So in the end, the Lakers pick up a big win that leaves them sitting in fourth in a crowded Western Conference, winners of six of their last seven games and a chance to get another on Thursday against an extremely mid Bulls team.
All of a sudden the vibes have changed.

Lebron will have to understand it and ask to come off the bench
I think LeBron doesn't need to adapt but he needs to change his game. he still needs to come off the bench so that he can still play make. but he should do more post ups instead of the isolation he's still doing so he can reserve his energy on defense!
No, I'm not coming off the bench. I'm fucking LeBron James.
Y'all really not understanding that 42 yr old is your best player.
If you didn’t watch this game you’ll think the lakers played good
Watch out when LeBron returns. This team will be sent back to the stone-age.
All the media rambling about Lukas defense, now Bron is out because of whatever elbow he has injured and Lakers are a great defensive team. interesting
You folks are some Debbie downers. I came here to enjoy a lakers victory not focus on what you folks are on. I’m out!
If you lakers fans don’t believe LeBron is the problem I don’t know what’s wrong with you it’s time for him to leave
Bron off the bench for who like they beat the pacers at home the knicks after they just beat Denver by 40 at home AR is finally feeling like himself remember folks LeBron started the season off injured then AR then Luka remember
They probably just need to limit Lebron's minutes. He's old and he's still getting 33-35 minutes a game. That's a lot. He can continue to start but they definitely give him more rest. I think he can provide the same raw numbers in 25 minutes.
