Gambling existed prior to it being legalized. Now it’s just out in the open and you can actually catch people doing it. It was happening in the shady corners of the world regardless if the average person is allowed to lay a few bucks on a game. If there was a real NBA commissioner this thought of Magic City and the NBA would never come to mind for any Professional Sports Organisation.. Gambling has been in other countries for years!
