  1. 43 FTA!!!!!!!!!!!

Silver thanks for your effort, this regulation is just SHIT

The only player in the history with +70 pts with less than 50% of FGM

NBA achieves every year a lower level

    Tks

  2. People saying Bam's is better, I need your reasoning behind that.

Kobe shot better from the field overall, from 3, and the free throw line. He took only 3 more FGs and less than half as many free throws as Bam. He also had to come back from an 18-point deficit, only put the game out of reach midway through the 4th quarter, and the raptors weren't THAT much better than the wizards.

Bam deserves all the credit in the world. 83 points is 83 points. But we all watched both games and saw how he and Kobe got to 80+ differently. Neither should be disrespected.

  3. WE FINALLY GOT A MODERN DAY RUN FOR OVER 80 FASTER THAN WE GOT ONE FOR WILTS 100 I USED TO PRAY FOR TIMES LIKE THIS, NOW IMMA REVIEE THIS AND APPLY IT TO MY GAME IM BECOMING UNSTOPPABLE

  4. LeBron when Bam scored 83 points "I was at home watching the game. Before the game even started, I said he was probably gonna score 60 tonight, so when he got to 70, I was like, He might as well go for 80 now!”

  5. For all of the people complaining about free throws… just be glad we even saw an 83 point performance at all. Its historic and something we will likely never see more than twice in our lifetime.

  6. I love Kobe as much as the next person, but realistically his performance wasn't even close to Bam's. Bam scored 83 points in the modern era! Kobe's was impressive but it was in an inferior league. The players are far more talented now and as you can see from yesterday even a guy who only gets a fraction of the press Kobe got can do everything he was able to do.

  7. Having a non-HOF caliber player reach this mark speaks volumes about the landscape of the league

  8. Kobe scored 81 because the Lakers were losing and needed every single point to come back and win

Bam scored 83 because he got to 70 and subsequently began stat padding, all while his team was up 30

What Bam did was historically impressive, unprecedented and he deserves all the praise. But regardless Kobe’s 81 >>> Bam’s 83
