  1. As a Lakers fan, nothing but awe for Austin. Imagine—before, we were even having conversations about who should have more usage as the third option behind AD and Bron: DLo or Austin.

Now, Bron should probably take a step back in usage and let Austin take more of that role.

  2. if you can't think or look in the mirror / just blame lbj . Ayton Realizing his Career is on the line / AR Getting Healthier Have Nothing to do With the Lakers Winning / those 2 are the key to success .

  3. BUT BRON STILL HAS MENTAL AND PHYSICAL GRAVITY ON THE COURT……IT EFFECTS THE LOOSENESS OF THE PLAYERS

  4. I think it's disingenuous for you to say that ant and Randle sucked and the lakers came out flat. The lakers played an entire game of amazing team defense. When the lakers play together, they can make any team look this way. Look at Brunson last game.

  5. Maybe you're the one who's not understanding what he's watching because you're a LeBron James fan. It's easy to see that LeBron blows his defensive assignments and Cherry picks in order to stat pad. Come on, man

  6. I saw all I needed to see in Austin and Luka vs Wolves when it mattered in the playoffs lol

I saw Luka and Austin vs SGa and Dort and I saw Austin vs Murray and Jokic when all the chips are down

Casuals who don’t know nba fall in love with a regular season game in march lol

This is the part of the season where all the teams fall off and some come into form but we saw the lakers early on when it mattered vs good teams and they were terrible

I’m actually worried lakers might lose in the first round of the playoffs lol which would be the best outcome so all hell can break loose and they can go full blowout rebuild around Luka

I have zero confidence in lakers playing any defence consistent defence in the playoffs when it matters

If the playoffs started right now they playing Wolves Nuggets Rockets in round 1 I’m 100% sure they not beating any of them in round 1

I saw what I needed to see from the lakers early on when everyone was fit healthy and they needed to win lakers were terrible vs good teams

They beat Knicks and wolves and people overreacting as usual

This is what media and lakers fan always do they overreact and get sooooo high then when lakers lose and play bad they now go full hard the other way and start getting depressed and suicidal and media now bashes them and says they need to cut everyone

It’s completely laughable honestly they build them up so high then tear them down after 1 game

I have seen MSM lakers nation go wow Austin give him 30 million a year then next game see this is why he isn’t a 30 million dollar a year player hahahahah

Laughable that’s why I’m not falling for the trap

  7. Love to see the Bron haters come out 😂 Lebron outplayed Luka in multiple games this year when he was ramped up after coming back. They can win with him, they just need to all be healthy and have Jaxson and DA play well

  8. Jason is exactly right about how low the floor of the Timberwolves can be over the last few years and is 100% correct to not fall for it. It's not that I feel it comes from Ant or any particular player, it comes from their coaching staff. If they are expecting a particular team in the first round, they will go out of their way, even giving up seeding, to not lay their cards on the table against that team. Two years ago they played some of their worst games against Phoenix in the regular season, including the final game of the season which by giving up dropped them into the third seed which specifically matched them against Phoenix. Last year they played some of their worst games against Houston, the Lakers, and Golden State later in the season.

In these games it's mainly their offense that looks completely befuddled by defenses like Zone or partial zone, choosing to just chuck up 3s, do very basic iso drives that sometimes kick, or just pass around the perimeter. Sometimes they even win these games by just making a bunch of the chuck-it-up 3s (like for example the final game against Memphis and Denver last year). They reveal nothing about how they might break down a zone or some of the actions they use in the playoffs. As much as they talk about home court advantage, it's disingenuous. Obviously Ant will get a ton of hockey assist plays if they actually try to break down a zone and you saw nothing like that last night.

Lakers looked like they might somehow fumble this opportunity in the first half, but obviously found their scoring in the second half. I don't think a lot of Lakers coaches or fans actually are stupid enough to believe this is a matchup to seek in the first round.

  9. Hmm no mention of Luka when he was the engine of this team and besides the lakers defence the number one reason they won both games. The steals, the hustle plays, bringing in opposition help on defence. L

  10. 7:57 the passive aggressiveness comes off weak when you put the data and the eye test together and see the team not only produces better without bron but also has better vibes when he’s not on the court

  11. I do think the Lakers are a lot better when Austin Reaves gets going and that just means he’s gonna need more minutes which is gonna take away from Lebron also I’m thinking are the Lakers sandbagging all year and then they turn it on in the playoffs almost like they don’t care the beginning of the season so whatever happens happens as long as they’re above 500
