  1. The inability to score in the 4th quarter, especially early is really getting to be a thing. Too much driving into no man's land with no real plan is not good basketball. They have to get more ball movement and not just rely on contested drives and wild kicks. Go Blazers?

  2. Holy hell that final in bound play. Nothing new but man that was a particularly painful screw up to watch.

  3. Well they had a small lead then Scoot comes in lazy pass picked off lay in next possession Scoot bad lob to Willams picked off turnover Hornets score again enough said

  4. I am ready for complete and total Change. Cronin needs to be gone. Same with this coaching Staff. Look…I know some people like Splitter. But to me he is like -7 on the seasons on games he should have won but dribbled it down his leg. Jrue was bad last night on both sides of the ball. Not saying Scoot would have won them the game. But the garbage with him is beyond old I fully expect to see them trade Scoot and him to turn into at least a star. U think the Blazers have fumbled the stuff with Scoot and Sharpe beyond redemption. Let me be clear. Last night was about making sure Jrue didn't get his feeling hurt. That is it in my opinion. If a coach is worrying about that…over actually developing a player…its time to move on.

  5. This one game took scoot’s 3p% from 25% to 29% lmao anyways if we could hit a 4th quarter inbound pass we’d be over .500

  6. I agree completely this is when the coach has an eye on trying to keep his job. The focus should be figuring everything out you can for next year. Initially I really liked the uptempo offense and in your face defense. We just had too many injuries to even remotely keep that up. Now we are running a slow pace offense with poor offensive players playing in the half court which I think is pretty silly.

  7. I felt the same. Scoot deserves a chance, and portland deserves to see him grow.
Also why does Deni play 35 min? Keep his body, he must be fresh, otherwise bad/mediocre things happen. Let Deni rest a bit more. and let Scoot shine.

  8. Scott had a bad second half, Drew wasn't in the game at all, Kerzi came in as a scorer but didn't deliver the goods, I would like Caleb Love on the court, I think they should have signed him to a regular contract

  9. Scoot and Clingan should have been in late in the game. They are literally holding back the the future stars of this team in late game situations. It felt deliberate

  10. Blazers HAVE to play better team basketball. Getting way too Deni-centric. Not going to win long term with team standing around watching Deni playing one on one! PLAY BETTER TEAM BASKETBALL!!

  11. Playing Scoot only 19 minutes when he is literally the only once being consistent is insane…Im sick these coaches in a contract years scared of developing our young picks

  12. Man I’m so sick of the Jrue Holiday disrespect, bench a future HOF player, 17 year career starter who can still get it done and has been money and most consistent player for y’all the past 10 games or so for a guy that has played 2 good games all year and was looking like he didn’t belong in the league a few games ago?

  13. Looking forward to a new owner, new gm, and new COACH. I would like Mike Malone be considered.

  14. Mike Malone developed Joker 🃏 and Jamal Murray. He also won a nba title. He would be good for the Blazers.

  15. I did think that Jerami did charge and I think it's worth mentioning that Scoot's last shot was a half court shot that made the difference between a sausage egg mcmuffin or not ;^). The best teams win these types of games. But we're not one of the best teams so I feel like it was a good guage for where we're at. We're good but when it really matters, we can't execute at the highest levels like the better teams. I'm still happy with the progress however. Bummer that we had yet another inbound issue…seems like something that coaching should have dealt with by now but I know it's also an execution issue. No one was open from what I could tell which forced a tough pass that wasn't executed appropriately. As for Scoot, I'm fine with him earning his minutes. He's had 3 years to prove he deserves the time and has shown flashes but that's about it. I'm not ready to call him a bust but let's just say that I wouldn't lose any sleep over him being gone. I think Love has shown more than Scoot this year. He could probably be replaced by just about any other legitimate point guard in the league and we'd be no worse off. That's not somebody that deserves minutes if you have better options and are trying to make a push into the playoffs. But agree he probably wouldn't have been any worse than jrue last night.
