Mathias Lessort returned to the floor, and Panathinaikos got back to winning ways after holding off the visiting Zalgiris 92-88. The Greens snapped their four-game losing streak in improving to 17-14 on the season – the same as Zalgiris, but Panathinaikos swept their regular-season series.

All eyes were on Lessort, in his first game back since the 2025 Final Four, and he played a huge part in the victory by playing 23 minutes and collecting 9 points, 3 rebounds, 1 block and 1 key final-minute assist.

Lessort also brought his trademark energy, but when it came to scoring, it was Cedi Osman and Kendrick Nunn doing most of the work. Osman scored 24, while Nunn added 22 points. Kostas Sloukas scored 8 of his 12 points at the end of the third quarter, before Panathinaikos pulled away to a 14-point margin in the fourth. Zalgiris rallied late behind Sylvain Francisco, who finished with 23 points, but it proved to be too little, too late.
