I'm about to say something I never thought I would say……………….trade Joel NOW! He deserves to be in a better organization that focuses on winning not terrible decision making. My sixers have been making terrible decisions going back to Brett Brown days. Trade Joel and clean house! Please schedule a meeting ASAP with Howie Roseman and learn how to build a sports organization right. If you think I'm crazy lets go over all the bad decisions that the sixers have made: 1) Letting Jimmy Butler Walk 2) Giving Tobias Harris a Max Contract 3) The Al Horford Signing 4) The Ben Simmons Collapse & Trade Saga 5) The James Harden Trade & Aftermath 6) The Markelle Fultz Draft 7) Trading Mikal Bridges on Draft Night 8) Doc Rivers Coaching Tenure 9) The Process Era Asset Mismanagement 10) The Bryan Colangelo Burner Account Scandal. That is just the tip of the iceberg.
If they tank then the Embiid era is over, and I'm not prepared to say goodbye to that or have it end on this note. They have to fight for a playoff spot and let the chips fall where they may
No need to tank, what happens is what happens. Getting into the lottery is likely to happen naturally.

I get it Sixers fans is doom and gloom rightfully so but unfortunately lottery isn’t going to happen. We have like 15 games left and playoffs position especially at the bottom is only finalized at the very end. Grind through it and try to get the most favorable matchup for round 1 come playoffs
We need talent to compete. I say tank. I was asking for it last year even when others said not to. We need to bring in young talent that is good enough to win even when Embiid and PG doesn’t play.
At this point, it's not even tanking. The second unit is that organically bad, and we're seeing that now with them in the starting lineup. This is not a strong playoff team, even fully healthy. For them to be that, Nurse would have to be full-on Thibs with the first unit(which he's shown he's more than capable of doing) ).
I still can't believe Nurse had Maxey in with 20 seconds left, down 7. I still ccan't believe that sequence happened. That right there, was the fireable moment. I'm over Nick Nurse, but I'm also over Daryl Morey. Crying about shooting whilst also being utterly unable to even address it for the team.
Both gotta go if you want to make any sort of meaningful jump up the standings because they have demonstrated their incompetence on a regular basis.
