RESPECTFULLY! Joseph Mazzulla is a championship level coach we knew this we just looked at the roster and wrote him off. Mitch Johnson took over a team after Pop went down last season and had 33 wins….Nobody thought the Spurs would be contenders now I'd argue most ESPN writers didn't even have the spurs winning 40 games this year. Despite Mazulla doing great this season (If he did win I wouldn't be mad) I do honestly believe Mitch should win this year.

Spurs beat nuggets a few months ago with out wemby and this game took a crazy 4th quarter from Murray to get them the win. Spurs is the better team. Canāt wait till they prove it in playoffs
Legs, but we can also talk about Lakers being a top 5 defense this month even while facing top offensive teams like Denver, NY and Minnesota. So itās not just the offense.

Nice to see the Nuggets finally getting healthy after being literally wrecked by injuries all year, often missing 3-5 starters for big chunks of the year. Once they get Peyton Watson back, I think they've got time to become the team all of us were expecting this year. I feel sorry for whoever gets them in the first round. I have a feeling they're going to take out a year's worth of frustration that team's head.

What about the elite job Daigenault has done of navigating massive injuries and still have the best record in the league for coach of the year?
The big question for Boston is can they beat the Knicks just to make the Finals. Because I donāt like their odds against OKC, SA, or Denver. Because if Denver somehow makes it out of the West, they will be a better team and view Boston as inferior opponents than what they faced.
Nuggets looked like ass all game and if it wasnt for some lucky shots they would have lost. The only thing dangerous about the nuggets is how many free throws the refs give them because or the flopping. I thought OkC was bad but honestly the way Jokic plays, he is just as bad as Shai.
SGA is a deserving MVP this year. But last night, Jokic had a 31/20/12 triple double with 3 steals and 2 blocks. In the history of the NBA, a 30+/20+/10+/3+/2+ line has been done three times. Abdul-Jabbar has done it once. Jokic has now done it twice.

if SGA as a ft merchant won the MVP award, it will get it again this year 101%..and the NBA will ignore a player for the 2nd triple double season in a row, which realistically takes away the legitimacy of Russ's MVP achievement as well!!that award became a joke..it is fortunate that some do not care about it and that it does not affect the self-esteem of the awardees
