As a Suns fan, We got some dawgs on this team. Collin has been an absolute sniper from deep this year, Devin Booker has been doing his thing, and the rookies have been coming into their own. The one red flag though is Jalen Green. He’s ridiculously inefficient and a glorified shot chucker. There’s a reason why Houston traded him. Rasheer Flemming is the definition of a 3 and D wing you want to build around. His defensive instincts are so good and his 3 point shot looks solid as well.
As a suns fan its kinda weird watching this breakdown cuz this team didnt feel like what ive grown used to. Between green playing, booker getting more credit than my eyes give him(though i understand i probably just have some weird blindspot to booker’s quality of play i cant follow), and having no grayson allen or mark williams playing
Now that i think about it, weve had a ton of versions of this team throughout the year and they all seem to have unique upsides and all seem to be performing above 500
Love the video but I think Oso is not just a guy to brush over. Oso is probably my favorite player in the league rn. He gives the suns such a fun versatility and speed. He switches well, rotates well, and can guard 1-5. And hes a connector on the offensive end.

Brooks isn’t a guard. Grayson is part of the 4 headed monster. Brooks is part of their long defensive forwards with Royce, Dunn, and Fleming.
I do not think any team wants to see the Suns in playoffs. I dont think anyone can beat them 4 times in 7 when fully healthy. If you beat them once or twice it will feel like dealing with a buncha starved piranhas the rest of the games. Itll feel like you've just come out of a bar fight after the games
i think year 3 is ryan dunn year and will be our starter his shot js need to hit his shots
Booker on catch & shoot 3s is so much better than moving 3s, but he's often shooting under duress or being doubled.

This Suns season is such a stark contrast from last year that this doesn't improve the reps of KD, Beal, James Jones and Budenholzer.

Jalen green is such a great player but he shoots the ball too much… if he just drives and scores or kicks out every time he touches the ball, no doubt in my head we can win a chip with him. He's a really good defender, great at getting steals and contesting shots and his handles and slashing ability combo is the best I've ever seen since Kyrie but his shot just is not it. His shot selection and ability is pretty bad and i feel like it levels him out as a player when he could be an allstar if he sticks to his strengths

Even when book is out, you have others who step up. I could care less who is out, because the guys are gelling perfectly. And if they aren’t, the next game they fix what was needed. Let’s continue putting PHX on the map! KEEP EVERY ONE, Create this culture because it’s needed here in Arizona!!!

The Suns have a solid team, and a lot of their players are still developing, and could become way way better, so they have a great future.
The KD era was set up to fail after making bad trades involving Ayton and CP. Beal and Nurk weren't good enough for what we lost and there weren't role players to move the needle. KD with this team would've been a contender. The type of players they needed when trading Ayton and CP imo

Book’s 3pt shooting % is bad because most are off the dribble contested 3s. He’s much better at the catch and shoot 3s
D book has the best mid range in the game right now.
I always thought Booker was underrated. All he needs is a semi decent supporting cast and he can put up W’s.
Makes you realize just how toxic Durant is and what a team poison he can be. Wish they would’ve used the assets they did to get him in someone worth it. The suns would be two years into a new team, not just restarting.
I think they're pretty clearly a first round exit team, but that's a shockingly good outcome considering expectations

This is a really bright team. You got Book, Brooks, and Green being the three stars that can dominate the court (even if Green forgets how to basketball sometimes), as well as having Ighodaro and Dunn, two rookies making a big spash this season, and of course, Gilespie and Allen just dominating the three point line and being extremly good hustlers. You also can't forget our newest rookies, Flemming and Maluach, who have very promising futures (especialy Flemming), and Goodwin and O'Neale, very good players who have also been very consitent with threes. I wish big things for the Suns
