Biggest change was they finally let bi bring the ball up at the end of games. Defenses just deny him the ball when they try to run a play FOR him. He's a good enough creator to hit guys that are open he's just much better at it when he can orchestrate the whole th8ng. This is how the pelicans used him both years they made the playoffs . He averaged 6 assists a game over 5 years with the pels. He attracts far more attention than anyone else. You don't want it all game but in clutch scenarios you do.

BI was a lot more efficient tonight. It helps when shots drop. I hope him starting with the ball helps get into the offense sooner. That play they run whete he bouces the ball 22 times and chucks up a last second prayer was getting old.
I think we were just lucky that Dillon Brooks wasn't on the floor to guard BI.
They had no elite individual defenders on the floor and they didn't double BI.
We just lost to the Pelicans because they have elite individual defenders.
Relying on BI alone is always going to go poorly.
