That's OKC at 95%. Thunder is a better team than last year with Mitchell and McCain playing the way they are. Dub will be back in a week or so. And the bench guys like JWill and Joe have gotten better being they've had to play a lot more than last season.
The Thunder are hell when they're well and OKC loves them. See you in the playoffs. 🥳
This is coming from a Thunder fan but the T wolves are going to have a problem with okc as long as they literally don’t have a PG. They just have random dudes bringing the ball up the court… The defensive pressure gets to them.
Also I think Ant locked SGA most of the game but I think that took energy out of him and that’s why he didn’t do that well on offense.
I remember one play were Rudy had position over SGA under the basket and was calling for ball but Ant just dribbled into traffic and forced up a brick
boomskakalaka, move aside you schlubs, this ain’t the phantom of the opera, but I’m gonna rock ya, mock ya, defrock ya, and lock ya—up like MJ the greatest two way, player and defender whaz up, SGA is nothing but a pretender on a basketball bender.
The "double barrel" sharpshooter lineup with Joe and McCain is working really well for the Thunder the last few games. The gravity of SGA or Mitchell opens them up for shots OR they spread the floor to minimize double-teams on SGA. Then Hartenstein is setting textbook picks and DHOs to two different curling snipers left or right… This rotation is super effective for a situational lineup.
Wolves aren’t a well coached team. Just look at the body language. Team is sloppy, won’t make the extra pass, lack of hustle at times.
Wolves shot the ball so much better than okc but it didn’t matter. Okc is a well oiled machine and the wolves are a bunch of talented individuals
