Hey Tucker, the offseason just hit for me, and this year I was a role player, but had pretty good IQ. I’m athletic, and want to become a main scorer next year. How can I do that over the offseason?
Nice vid. I've watched a few high school games recently (top division California state championship bracket, so they're supposedly good), and it's been excruciating. So they'd all benefit from a few of these tips.
Especially about being more methodical as the PnR ball handler with how many unders occur in HS. Also the stampede cut tho idk why it's so uncommon, given that NBA players have spammed it over the last few years.
And HS bigs seem to be incompetent or the coaches r bad or both. I sound like an old man but how does no one know how to set a good screen? And speaking of unders, can we please get a rescreen at least once?? And if it's not an under, it's a switch, cuz bigs don't kno how to slip to beat it. Or they don't kno how to take advantage of a mismatch and seal properly. Or even worse, go set another screen which half the times bails the defense out so they don't even need to scram switch (tho idek if they do that in HS).
Anyway I went to Lehigh so shoutout Patriot League! Cool to c that someone from the conference plays in the Korisliiga (yea I know my leagues hahah)
Hey I have a question, as we know your a really really good basketball player just off your few elite skills. I want to ask what is one skill I should become elite at so I can become a high level basketball player?
