💯with the League Pass thing. It feels like false advertising and you are getting an incomplete product. It should be called PARTIAL League pass! Have the option to charge more for it or whatever but please just have it all in one place!
Tis the season when teams pick it up big time. No more coasting to get through the season. Playoffs on the horizon. Expect higher level of play from playoff teams. Hope our young Spurs are ready. Side note: is it just a matter of time Devin gets (👀 shh 🤫) traded?
If both players can just stabilize at 36% at 3 (both C&S and Pull-ups) and between 37 and 40% on just C&S 3s, the opponents would be obliged to consider them in the way they will defend the Spurs.
PS : This increase is also coming from the fact that both players are now taking very few pull-up 3s (for example, for Castle, only 2 for 0 point on the last 15 games) and they concentrate on C&S 3s.

Out defensive rating is ridiculously higher when Harper and Wemby is on the court than even Wemby and Castle. That is SCARY!!!!

Refs haven't figured out how to officiate Castle, which is why he is often in foul trouble. The playoffs will be different. Castle is absolutely 2nd team all defense

We have been drafting rookie with great physical attribute but poor 3-pt and hope we can develop their shooting, and we have not been very successful for quite a few years now.
Not bad to hit jackpots where it matters the most (our highest lottery drafts)
e.g. before 2024 draft, I like Sheppard for his 3's to fix our 3's.
we drafted Castle for his defense and physical attribute, and without 3's, we have already won the draft.
now if Castle has 3's as well…..
Improvement every month in small increments. Seems like they are getting more comfortable as the season progresses and the offense is in a good flow with less forcing of shots. Just keep getting the reps right now so in the playoffs it is automatic .
I'm excited about Castle's and Harper's growth too. It is meteoric. But I also feel for Vassell, and Johnson who are now living in their shadows. Vassell actually takes more 3's than any other Spur (6.5 per game) and rightfully so because he is shooting at the second highest percent this season (38.2%). Keldon is not so prolific but he is also near the top in completion percentage at 37.9%. These stats taken from ESPN. Champagnie is at 38.4%, Wemby at 36.5%, Barnes at 37.5% on the year. And Carter Bryant is coming on strong recently. We are building a team that is hard to game plan against because so many players are shooting above 35%.
An exciting time to be a Spurs fan. They have the talent of previous iconic teams we’ve had, but now they have the swagger also and are REALLY fun to watch. Let’s make a deep playoff run! GO SPURS GO!!!
