   Practice shoot around with players running in to any other player who hasn't released yet only after they have released themselves.The goal is get more than comfortable blocking safely and all the confidence to cook in a split second.

    Γιάννη σε παρακολουθώ από τότε μου πρωτοπήγες στο Μιλγουόκι και ξενυχτούσα να δω όλα τα παιχνίδια σου! Δείχνεις τελευταία να μην είσαι συγκεντρωμένος στην αγάπη του μπάσκετ, είναι και η εποχή των social media και υπάρχει δυσκολία και κούραση με τα χρόνια. Εύχομαι να γυρίσεις πίσω να είσαι αυτό το διψασμένο παιδί για μπάσκετ, που τα δίνει όλα για αυτό, να μιλάς και αντιδράς όσο γίνεται λιγότερο, λιγότερες αναλύσεις, εξηγήσεις, δικαιολογίες ή άλλα αστεία – να έχεις ως πρότυπο τον MJ και τον Kobe και μακριά από τον Lebron που κατέστρεψε το NBA με τη νοοτροπία και τα καμώματά του. Κάνε ότι ο MJ και ο Kobe. 1000% focus στο μπάσκετ, ανταγωνιστικός, όχι πολύ φιλαράκια με άλλους αντιπάλους, ούτε και κακός βέβαια, δουλειά δουλειά πίστη και αν γίνεται για μένα μείνε εκεί (όπως κάναν όλοι οι μεγάλοι και όχι ο Lebron) και χτίσε ομάδα από αρχή με νέο κόουτς ελπίζω. Είναι ο δύσκολος αλλά ωραίος δρόμος! ΥΓ: πρόσεξε στα κρυφά και όχι για επίδειξη να κάνεις το θέλημα του Θεού εκτός γηπέδων, ηθικός, μακριά από συμβόλαια με στοιχηματικές εταιρείες (προάγει εθισμό στο τζόγο, που δεν θέλιε ο Θεός) και να είσαι προσεκτικός σε όλα (ηθικός, ελεήμων να αγαπάς τη γυναίκα σου), για να έχεις την ευλογία του Θεού – προτεραιότητα το θέλημά Του και όχι το κέρδος ή οποιοδήποτε άλλο βόλεμα.     The freak is not looking at the big picture the organization should sit his ass down. As soon as they can they need to trade him. He knows more than the coaches doctors president of the organization these games he's playing is meaningless. Hopefully it won't be like a Derrick Rose situation or DeMarcus cousins where it could have been prevented if they just sent his ass down. 2:39

    I can't understand Bucks… Giannis ought to play time 4*6 or 4*7 min for some time after his injury… Bucks can't be in play in with this coach and this roster… Why the team put in risk their major asset? Why they risk Giannis trade value?
