He is the next great two-way superstar in the NBA alongside guys like Ant, Wemby, SGA, etc. difference is Scottie’s calling card is defence, his offence will just continue to polish with more reps and experience. His playmaking instinct is also an unteachable skill that’s where he truly shines offensively. But I promise yall he 100% is a playoff riser the refs gon let him be physical on both ends which will work to his advantage as a 250lbs wing
He needs this intensity for more games than just his draft class players. His shot is nice, he doesn't force them anymore. But his D and vision and assists are there all the time but he goes thru the motions still. Im not expecting 82 games of it, 65 to 70 tho is what we need to win another chip. Too many people focus on points being the beginning and end all, on being a star in the NBA. Carmelo Anthony, is a poster boy for the one dimensional offensive player. It would be nice to see Scottie get recognised at the end of the season.
