What is the ceiling for this Atlanta Hawks team?
Biggest weakness is rim protection and rebounding. OO is a small 5 and when he is always at the 3 we get beat up on the boards

As a Hawks fan, still feel like we need some real size. Rebounding has been SO much better after the break, but I don't buy that it was just magically fixed all of a sudden. This team is close, they could make some noise in the East, but are obviously not true contenders to make it out of the conference. If they get lucky in the lottery, or do a really good job of addressing some of the flaws, they could be TRULY competing real fast.

These ATLANTA HAWKS Are a small ball Fast Breaking/Turn you over defensive Team. The Vets mixed with the younger guys. And 3 players on our team already have a RING.
The hawks biggest weakness is the interior defense we have no rim protector that’s why pabelo was able to put his head down and get to the free throw line so much. Need a true big that blocks/affects shots in the paint and rebounds at a high level
People always wann rush the process. Hawks will get smoked in the playoffs and honestly that’s fine. This year isn’t about contending get that playoff experience and then build for next year
By far and away the biggest weakness on the Hawks is a true defensive big thats got some size and weight to him. Thats the one think i want this offseason to sorta push Okongwu to the bench to strengthen the bench up. Still give both of them alot of minutes so not onyeka a true bench guy and use them as key matchups against teams and lineups.
As far as the Hawks vs Magic we play them extremely well almost everytime i think we won the series with them already after this win as we are 3-0 this year against them and won the last 4 total in general. The teams to me that i thik the Hawks struggle with most are the Raptors and Heat more often than not. Pistons maybe as well but i would like to see them again now that were playing better.

Paulo isn't a great shooter! Shoots a really low percentage
Jalen is a TOTAL BEAST! Only the Joker has a better ALL around game
The hawks problem really solve it was depth. They played 80% of there road games b4 break Tre or KP played over 15 games OO, JJ, ZR,DD,& NAW are the core pieces and depth makes it better
They had one center and no trae b4 the break and still was at 500 basically running 7 man
I think the Hawks biggest weakness is playing with a lead. They start taking questionable shots, they turnover alot, and just look uninspired out there.
Our biggest weakness is rim protection, yes our defense is good but once it breaks down we don’t have that big man that can make good shots into hard shots or make a player think twice about shooting around the rim.
Hawks fan here, big man the enforcer type. Quick on his feet, aggressive and strong. That’s it once we have that we are fully set
We can not defend the Rim and Quinn does not play Landale, or Muhammad Guye enough especially when his defense is needed.

Our biggest weakness is the Center position we need a big center that can also rebound Onyeka is a small C and undersized

current starting 5 man lineup – with CJ – is absolutely crushing opponents. teams try and put their Center on Dyson because his shooting but his drive and kick and screen game is so good, that it counters that defensive strategy easy.
The Raptors are the Hawks weakness. I think the Hawks can beat or compete with every team in the playoffs. The Raptors will sweep us. They have a bunch of big wings.
Interior Defense and ability to get to the line. This game was an outlier versus all season, but with acquisition of Kuminga it has shifted a bit. I’m very excited with the direction we are heading towards and truly believe they are building for a massive threat come next year. Let’s not forget Hawks do have a potential top 5 pick next year in a class loaded with Talent

We still have issues with size at the 5. It makes me nervous to see Onyeka go up against legit 6'11" or 7' centers that can shoot AND play down on the block. If his shot is not on he can't neutralize them.
