No, Westbrook team was NOT even close to Harden in 2017, he had TWO 6th Men of the year coming off the bench while Russ couldn't even come off the floor. His 2nd best player had zero playoff experience (Oladipo) and his 3rd became unplayable (Kanter).
Russ lead the league in scoring, lead the league in clutch points and 2nd in assist and had legit NO roster.
