I had the same problem in life and sport, inconsistency, until i realized its brwinfog from noodles rice sugarand stuff. Now im clear and consistent. When i eat these things now, i just drink peppermint tea afterwards and its all good

I think he genuinely does not enjoy most facets of the game. He enjoys scoring and as a big in the modern game with so many scoring options he loses his motivation.
I also think JJ and maybe pelinka had a conversation with him and maybe figured out what he needs to succeed. Notice his usage rate went up and also his effort. Look how it has helped reward our win column also. We saw this beginning og the season also. JJ and the front office were trying all sorts of tricks to boost his motivation. Lion t shirts and having his momma come and feed the team and different events to make him feel at home.
Should it be that way. No. Especially not from a player who literally got bought out of his contract. He should come and do his job.
First of all modern NBA is so fast , it's physically impossible for 7 footers to be agressive every minute of every game. Playoffs will be another competition in which Ayton will be key to success

Ayton also just has to stop bringing the ball down and keep it above his shoulders when he's in the paint. Always frustrating when he does that and they other team easily slaps at the ball.
