KD was a mistake. The only way for him is to leave basketball god mood and accept a team member role like Fred.
Us fans been frustrated with the rockets changing need to be made i know they have injured with players but so do others teams.
Kd undermined this team . That is the elephant in the living room you don't want to address. Ever since his social media scandal has become public, the team has never been the same . Durant is a cancer .

Last season, the Houston Rockets maintained a sufficient defensive presence. However, following the acquisition of Kevin Durant, the team has struggled on both ends of the floor. While Durant remains an elite shooter, his lack of playmaking and leadership has been evident. Furthermore, his tendency to deflect blame onto his teammates has negatively impacted team chemistry.
I dont think he was being candid in that presser right there… I think he was being sarcastic af….. He's sayin that" YOU GUYS want to see me being a decoy in the corners….SURE buddy"…. He knows the issue but doesnt see himself as being relegated to an older worse version of Chet as the solution…. I guess you can read it as him being more self aware…but I think thats being generous
This is arguably the worst offense that KD has played on in his entire career.
This whole situation is an indictment on the existing team infrastructure. That's on Stone and Udoka.
This makes for an interesting offseason in terms of key roster spots/personnel decisions.
The fact we don't do spam Reed/KD, Reed/Sengun or Sengun/KD PNRs frustrates me.
Let our young guys grow and put the ball in their hands and live with the mistakes.

Unknown why KD's statement would be termed "frustration". Rockets have three problems: #1 Senguin does not hustle, and #2 very thin bench, #3 failure to feature Jabari Smith.
KD almost said ask coach in his last interview when asked about the offensive struggles.

We played much better even in losses when we did Senhub. It has been much worse since he got injured then moved to more of a finisher role
