I totally agree with your points about the Sixers. I had them as my dark horse back in December. Yeah, I do feel the Thunder and Spurs will be the next rivalry. I would swap the Lakers and Knicks. I would also swap the Pistons and Celtics.
I must say that I respect that they put them both at the top. But on the flip side, The Spurs are 4-1 against OKC this year. I have to put The Spurs slightly ahead of OKC. The Knicks are the sneakiest team in the East at this point.
