The NBA Has A James Harden Problem
For over a decade, James Harden has been labeled the same thing: a playoff choker.
No rings. Too ball-dominant. Disappears when it matters.
But at 36 years old… he’s rewriting everything.
Now in Cleveland alongside Donovan Mitchell, Harden isn’t the system anymore, he’s the missing piece.
And somehow, that might make him more dangerous than ever.

after the Hamstring injury everyone was expecting Harden to become a role player or that he would be out of the league soon and dude is still going at it at 36 years old…
I hate he gets so much flack for his playoff losses. Either this support was hurt or he got hurt. He does ahave a few stinkers but there’s no one in the league who’s winning without their support.
It's remarkable that he is playing at such a high level at his current age. LeBron raised the bar so high that people lose sight of just how rare and difficult it is for guys to compete at a high level for that long.
October basketball? Playoffs are in June …
It amazes me that you guys are still drinking the Harden koolaid. How much of a track record do you need? Do you think James is going to suddenly start playing the elite defense needed to win anything. Defense wins championships. It's trite to say. I know. But that's the fact. His offense is fun but watch it go away when things slow down and he has to D up.
If James Harden wins a ring this year… does it completely change his legacy? 🤔
Appreciate your vids my dude. def quality content
Harden was top 3 in MVP votes for 5 seasons in a row… name the guys currently that have done that? Idc bout rings because getting a championship is TEAM EFFORT
I'm a warriors fan and harden and cavs have been the toughest opponent of the dynasty. Now i'm rooting for him. Hope he gets one before he retires. He deserves it
October basketball???
Still going to choke in the playoffs… as always
When I found out my favorite team, the Cavs acquired him I was devastated. I hate this guy. He plays to draw bullshit fouls and disappears in the playoffs. I don’t care how well he plays during the regular season.
No one can deny one thing about Harden, he plays. This is the most optimism I've had going into the Playoffs, but it's hard to shake the injury concerns. I was surprised by no mention of the injuries in the '25 Playoffs?
Yall need to stop this narrative like he shot 27 threes and missed 😒 That man scored 32pts 6ast 5reb in 2018 game 7
Still got it
Cavs fan here. Yeah hardens first 8 games in Cleve were awesome. Then the bumps came along. His pace is unusual n some of the younger guys are still adjusting. But the talent and positives are obvious – the plusses are there. But we need a reliable rhythm in every game because some of our guys are going 110mph while some are going 65
too much dramatic and yet false information, he wasn't an all-star this year, that was last year. smh
11t:41 so you're saying hat if he never left OKC to be "the guy", he would likely have has much more success?
2:58 harden beat the clippers in game 7 in the 2015 conference semifinals
