    We NEED to keep giving JMac consistent minutes. Don’t be fooled by Wiggins C+ game with his 17 points on 16 shots and 3 TO’s with bad defense shooting under 50%. McCain should be first off the bench, not Wiggs.

    Keep Dort ON THE BENCH. Not as in, have him come off the bench. No. As in, DO NOT PLAY HIM AT ALL!

    Caruso, Cason, and JDub will be able to guard the other team’s best player. Would even be comfortable with KRich against bigger wings who can score. Ajay can seriously guard too.

    Our D is 1 pt per 100 possessions better with Dort, but him being the worst offensive player in the NBA is too much to overcome.

    McCain though can make such a huge difference on this team, but I fear he won’t get any run in the playoffs when JDub is back and that’s a damn shame.

    Fellas, it’s not just about Dort hitting his 3’s or not. He’s a ball stopper. He makes terrible decisions driving off of close outs. Total black hole. Head down drives to nowhere. That awful step back middy is TRASH. He loses the ball whenever he’s in traffic. He misses wide open guys cause his head is down. Terrible hands. Makes terrible passing reads, and he’s not shooting the ball well at all.

    But the WORST part, is that it allows the other team to throw their rim protector on him and leave him alone. It clogs the paint up for Shai and our drivers, and allows guys to blitz and double team Shai without being made to pay cause they just leave Dort open.

    He is the WORST Offensive basketball player in the NBA. Sure he’s an awesome POA defender but we have PLENTY of other elite POA defenders who don’t butcher our offense.

    What bothers me most is how damn selfish he is. He knows those drives and step back mid range Jumpers are terrible for the team, but he doesn’t care. He’s a ME guy, not a team guy, cause if he did care, he wouldn’t keep doing it. And I don’t just blame Mark for playing him, I blame him for giving Lou all the freedom to do that garbage. I’ve never disliked an NBA player on my team more than I dislike Lou Dort.

    And miss me with that, “if he’s struggling, they can just take them out” bull crap! Many of these playoff games will come down to a few possessions. Possessions that Dort will screw up and we won’t be able to get back.

    TLDR: DORT SUCKS! GET HIM OFF THE FLOOR! I’m a daily listener and huge fan of the pod, but I’ve never seen you make wrong about something. Just look at how DOMINANT our offense is when he’s on the bench. We would run teams out of the gym. Wouldn’t need any late game “Dort heroics”

    Rylan idk how to ask questions on the show. Can you do a segment sometime doing a reimagining of the player positions? What if J Will played starting point guard for 10 games in a row? 😂
