Jackson.. help me understand why every missed shot turns into a runout. Only Reed sprints back and no way he is stopping LeBron or Luca on a dead run. Where is everybody/ anybody else in transition D. Occasionally Amen or Bari is in the frame. It dives me CRAZY to see 4 guys in the background, in the paint on the wrong side of the court, watching Reed sprint to an inevitable dunk by a LeBron or Zion etc.
If KD is being Blizzed and That small PG cant do anything to help make that defense pay. The rockets are a 1st round exit! Cause their no help on the court for KD

Stop blaming KD. Hes a older hof player. Its clearly the coaching for anyones thats been paying attention.
Its so bad that they arent getting strong directives from the coaching staff and as a result they constantly randomizing bad execution and turning it into lucky breaks.
The problems arent being addressed clearly and the players arent growing if anyone hasnt noticed. Even in some cases the players are regressing.

Eg, in Alpi’s case, instead of saying “4 rebounds” and hoping he improves on that end, check the team’s total rebounds

when Alpi is on the floor and within his rotation, and compare it to when he’s off, as well as to league averages.
No need to remind you:
many times your center boxes out and enables a teammate to grab the rebound. Other interpretations are mostly noise.
Similarly, now Alpi is the only plus player, while people were very focused on his -20 games lately.
That tells sth, but in today’s NBA and with modern data science, we know it actually tells very little.
