  1. Fun fact if you’re really tall your lung could just collapse spontaneously. Its actually more likely to happen, which is mind blowing

  2. Celtics fan here. This is heartbreaking. At the same time, Pistons fans, there’s still hope. You guys are 5-2 without him. That says a lot about the core strength of your team and your excellent head coach. This is his chance to pull “a Mazzula” and still win without his star. And I think he’ll pull it off. This doesn’t end the Pistons championship aspirations. Steven A. is wrong in this case. Celtics Nation is supporting you guys and hoping for a smooth recovery to full health.

  3. i don't know if its normal shams face but its kind looks like he's smiling while delivering the news.
    anyways get well soon Cade

  4. For those who do not completely understand the medical side of this, go watch the most recent video from Brian Sutterer. A collapsed lung's recovery IS NOT the same as a musculoskeletal injury's recovery. The main way (and most recommended, as this is slightly more severe than just getting wind temporarily knocked out, but less severe than a collapsed lung caused by direct person-to-hardwood contact) to recover from this is by occasional observation (re-evaluations like the one he is getting in 2 weeks) + rest, and MAYBE some cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.

  5. Assuming he comes back for the playoffs, this could be a good thing for the Pistons. If the standings stay where they are behind them, they would MUCH rather play the Knicks in the 2nd round rather than the Cavs. Matchups do matter and there's no doubt that, while they could very easily lose to the Cavs, they have absolutely dominated the Knicks over the last two years.

  6. Yet Another example of why adding new teams is just cause they can afford it is ridiculous. Between injured players, resting players, and tanking. How Sway?

  7. That’s like SA without Wemby, Knicks without Jalen, Wolves without Edwards. Cunningham is hiM for the Pistons. This is a maSsive blow to Detroit’s championship aspirations.
And it’s not just ‘when he comes back’, it’s ‘how healthy is he when he comes back’?

  8. I don't know the stat that they showed it that LeBron has the record with scoring 30 pts with 93% FG since 2003 , if they mean in the regular season they are right but if they mean including the playoffs, CP3 scored 32 pts with 100% FG in the playoffs vs NO

  9. God is handing the knicks everything and they still aint winning ish stephen a smith is secretly happy everyone thinking it i said it

  10. This sucks man Pistons most likely facing the Hornets in the first round of the playoffs without Cade I think it’s possibility for the hornets to upset them
