We done, start lookin towards the off-season.
We canāt be missing free throws like this, especially come playoffs. But we need to look at ty Lou. His rotations and adjustments arenāt there. We keep losing big leads close games. Lou hasnāt shown he can change that. I also donāt understand why Lopez gets crazy minutes when heās having a bad game. Need to get more creative.
I seem to recall a lot of Clipper fans making the casual assumption that they could upset the Spurs in the 1st round. And no me saying this isnāt based off their recent game vs the Spurs. Itās based off the fact that youāre asking Kawhi to carry the offense for a series vs San Antonio and asking Garland to go back to his 2024-25 form overnight all whilst your 3rd option is Maturin/Collins. Lopez/Yanic isnāt even a 2nd round team C rotation.
Keep that same energy.
The way the national media has inexplicably labeled your team a contender year after year the last 5 years has some of your fans delusional. Your team hasnāt made it out of the 1st round since 2021.
Your guysā team inexplicably got the benefit of the doubt for years after that 2021 run.
Iāve never seen a such unproven team get as much of the benefit of the doubt as the Clippers had since the 2021-22 season.

John Collins I think is much better than what people think.. He can score easy down the post specially against smaller defenders.. Clippers should use him more often on PnR/P and post ups because he can jump and can shoot well too..
It felt like the most turnovers and missed shoots between both teams in a game this season. Like LA Fitness play.
Darian, I think you need to better define "panic".
Simply stated, LAC is poised to finish as the #8 Seed.
Denver owns the tie breaker over Phoenix and is already ahead in the standings, so Phoenix won't jump them.
Is there any reason to think that LAC could not win at Phoenix in a single game, to secure the #7 seed?
Then exactly how scary is a San Antonio 1st-round matchup, knowing that LAC has had double-digit leads in both of their most recent games? While I would not favor them, I could see LAC winning that series.
Then after that, a potential second round match up with LAL is not that terrifying a prospect either.
In short, the only 2 teams in the western conference against whom I would give LAC no shot are OKC and (fully healthy) DENā¦
We have great one on one defenders and that soft double that isnāt even needed and we leave 3 point shooters open makes no sense
No one ever criticizes ty lue..he has to run better offense late in close games .we are losing too many close games..due to open 3s and lack of offensive creativity
Lately we haven't been looking like the best and honestly we have been less than 80 pct alot of these last games

Here's my problem.. With ty lue and the team .. When are we actually going to play like our banks are against the way..play like every game matters.. Lane it all on the court..or will we wait until the last minute like we always do when we get bounced
The clippers didn't run good consistent offense…I would rather spam collins in the past back to back possessions rather than let dun pass the ball back and forth aimlessly to not end up with a good shot

This season is an ad-hoc roller-coaster with many positives, but tempered by injuries and falling waaay behind due to a horrifying first month+.
Until very recently we had a shot at making some real noise, but given current inconsistencies now I'm just looking forward to next season already.
