WATCHALONG: CLOSE GAME As Phoenix Suns Face Wemby & Spurs

The Phoenix Suns’ six-game road trip ends Thursday as they take on Victor Wembanyama and the second-place San Antonio Spurs. Phoenix has lost three straight and remains 2.5 games back of the West’s sixth seed with just 13 games left to play. In order to move up, the Suns need to go on a win streak expeditiously.

Phoenix takes its 39-30 record into the Frost Bank Center, where San Antonio boasts a 24-7 record this season. The Spurs, who are 51-18 on the season, have an outside shot at the West’s top seed and still have plenty to play for. With that in mind, Thursday will not be easy.
