Fox, Wemby and Team the greatest 🎉 ❤ Go Spurs Go
One thing I noticed about Wemby is this innocence with him. Like he wears his emotions in his sleeves, too. He’s not afraid to show emotions, whether it’s sad or happy. He just truly comes off as sincere and authentic while also being unapologetic. He thinks before he speaks as well. And when he’s happy (like in this presser), it’s so infectious. But when he’s asked serious questions, he’s very thoughtful about it, too. I’m glad there’s a player like him in the league. Truly unique both on and off the court.
Made me emotional when he started talking about KJ. Keldon is the longest tenured Spur in this team. He was once the #1 guy, averaging 22 ppg, been thru the mud the longest in this team, and he had truly embraced his role in the team now. Wemby said it best. KJ is the soul of this team. I hope the Spurs make it very far in the play-offs and wish them the very best. I hope they defy the odds and prove the naysayers wrong. GSG!

Brilliant how when a team is "off" it can be infectious too, and it's the smallest of things. Good screens, hard rolls and getting in position.

When Wemby is in triple threat from free throw line down he’s unstoppable. Nobody can get to your shot BiG Vic. The game is starting to slow down for Wemby
As long as he is halthy he can win easily 20 championship 😮
And to think that at the beginning of the season, Wemby said that a successful season in their eyes was “at least being a 6th seed” lol I’m sure these boys are pumped GSG!

Wemby is very thoughtful. If you notice the way he pauses and thinks before he answers questions. He thinks before he speaks.
This game, among many others, makes me believe the Spurs can actually pull off a title this season. They found a way on one of the worst shooting nights of the season. And the team chemistry is just elite. Talent, togetherness, and poise will make up for any lack of experience in the playoffs. They're ready.
