The only thing is if Jake for some reason gains an advantage on the offensive end he can actually dribble and playmake a little bit while Vando canāt do anything with the ball at all. Full disclosure from this internet random casual lifelong laker fan ( since magic skyhook to beat celts in 87 finals) & Ive been critical of LBJ this season up until 3+ weeks ago ( klutch corporate media scheming, passive aggressive social media posts, past lies about faux hate crimes yada yada yada) & even tho been tolerant because he does go HAM when he plays , but I couldn't of been more wrong doubting LBJ's ego & basketball IQ – not only has LBJ bought in to Luka & ar15 cooking & being the 3rd option,but he's been cyborg Terminator efficient on offense & hes playing D & rebounding like prime Draymond – LBJ @ 41 is leading the league in fast break points , their is the clip of him muscling out hou Thompson twin & beating him down court for a freight train finger roll – JJ has exceeded my expectations by far & I was impressed Lseason , lil iffy bout the playoff rotation but gave him the benefit of the doubt & yet JJ has out coached my good coaches this season- LBJ insisting on playing b2bs & the entire team followed thru – I will gladly talk the L & admit I was 100% wrong bout LBJ & Lakers & they have been so much fn' fun to watch , LBJ flipping out on Luke after the gw 3- if Luka gets suspended watch the Lakers come out & win it for Luka vs a physical det team , no Cade but still an elite team – also been impressed w/ smart,ayton, Jake for their cost/production ratio & gm RP has done a great job keeping the Lakers competitive without selling off the future for Luka era next season but TBF if LBJ is playing like this YES bring him back- he put on a dunk show in Houston including catching the ball 3feet behind his head on an ally opp & Nick Wright made a good point in that LBJ's dunk on Jason Terry was 13 years ago & LBJ was in year 10 then & he's still dunking violently in critical games

JJ should have sent babysitter Vando into the game so Luka wouldn't get a technical foul. š Otherwise I don't blame the team for not such a good play (to put it mildly): guys are probably exhausted – this is schedule from hell. As for officiating: in Europe we mainly don't even notice the referees! In NBA too many decisions are not simply bad but incomprehensibly bad! I don't understand how such a basketball nation and such an organization as NBA can allow themselves so much obviously bad officiating (be it in favour of Lakers or not). Not all that rare it's not even on the level of Slovenian 3rd league (in a tiny country with just 2.000.000 inhabitants, so you can imagine …). And it seems that nobody cares to do something about it. Which is even worse!
If the NBA rescinds Luka's tech then he should intentionally get one in the Detroit game. The suspension is coming either way so he may as well get it before a winnable game. But I'm really not confident they will rescind it so the rest of the guys are going to have to step up in Detroit
Itās interesting seeing the praise on JJ Redick now, who was a āLeBron hireā, when he and LeBron were catching fire last season. Yāall idiots are awfully quiet now. Probably the same clueless bunch who were screaming that the Lakers were better with Bron.
