Pelicans are playing really good lately, and we played like crap for much of the game. To grit it out and find a win was huge.

Pelicans are a good bad team. If any 2 of Murphy, Zion, Murray, Fears, Queen go off on offense and Herb shuts down opponents scorer they can beat anyone.
Messi is becoming a beast down low.
Agree 100% about a talenof 2 halves. Harden + Mitchell in the 2nd half 35 points, 5of 6 from 3.
Struss despite everything I still get the feel that he is best choice at the 3 spot to close games.
The Cardiac Cavs pull another one off…
First, let’s recognize that the Cavs are playing basketball against professionals who are capable of winning games against professionals! So, fans and the local pundits should stop talking about how disappointing the Cavs are. Secondly, the Cavs coaches need to understand that as much as they like Wade for his “defense” Bryant, Strus and Tyson are better than Wade because they are better because they play good defense and they present the opponents with offensive threats. Third, Bryant deserves more playing time. The Cavs coaches should avoid not having either Bryant, Allen, or Mobley on the floor because they are a small poor rebounding and defensive team without them. Keeping one big on the floor helps the team on both ends of the court. And finally, Tyson should be the Cavs starter at 3 and should sometimes be in the closing five. He has the skills and ability to play both ends of the floor and can be clutch. Think about it.
Donovan and Harden are both awesome, but they are a big reason why our 3 point D is soooo bad. If we get Allen back that should shore it up. Getting beat on penetration is leading to overhelping and open 3s. With Allen and Mobley the other players can stay on the perimeter.
The Cavs just don't look like a finals team. Last year they looked like a lock for the eastern conference finals and couldn't get past the 2nd round. This season they don't look nearly as good. That doesn't fair well for them.
