GUTTING: Miami Heat Shocked by Houston—Who Is To BLAME? | Miami Heat Podcast

The Miami Heat fall to the Houston Rockets on a last-second tip-in—can Erik Spoelstra’s team recover from this gauntlet? A controversial breakdown lets Ausar Thompson soar for the game-winning buzzer beater, despite Bam Adebayo’s lockdown defense on Kevin Durant.

Wes Goldberg and David Ramil dissect Miami’s fourth straight loss, spotlighting whose failed box out proved most costly and whether roster decisions on Tyler Herro or Myron Gardner could have changed the outcome.

Key discussion points include Bam Adebayo’s warnings about Miami’s brutal schedule, Pelle Larsson’s unexpected rise as a critical starter, and the Heat’s need to win battles on the margins. With losses piling up and playoff seeding on the line, the hosts question if Miami can turn things around before facing the Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors. Don’t miss this sharp analysis of the Heat’s playoff prospects and their most promising silver linings amid adversity.

  1. I'm not blaming anyone. But Thompson went right over Bam for that put back. So, Wes, if we just have to blame someone, then it's Bam

  2. Everyone ball watched except ware…Tyler guarded the inbound…but had to eye Sheppard…. Pelle was totally lost… double team was bad…he jumped late at a shot he couldn't contest..and had a line drive to the basket..and froze..ware didn't have a chance…Tyler got block out by Seguin…bam ball watched and reacted late… Pelle fault

  3. FYI… Reed Shepherd was Tyler’s guy & Amen was Pelle’s guy but Pelle came off Amen to double KD & then quit on the play & ball watched & then Bam ball watched after KD got the shot off & left the right side of the rim open

  4. Every time they said 'Ausar', I replied out loud with "Amen!" or "Oh my God, Amen!!". Fell like I'm at church lol. Put some spect on that man's name!

  5. Y'all deserved this loss just for calling Amen his twin's name. Dagger in the heart. Losers…..Lol. J/K

  6. Ware??? Oh you wont Ware to play harder when hes only given 5 minutes in a game?? If the Heat want Ware to produce they have to leave him out there even after he makes mistakes.

  7. OMG… How could both of you get Amen's name wrong? I thought the other guy was going to correct him.
