It makes sense. Move Quickly to SG and have Fultz facility the rock. Shead is giving you nothing on offense. So what's to lose. I like it.

Don't get too excited one way or the other. It's only a 10 day to give him a try and cover for IQ's injury. If his defense and play making are good and he scores better than Shed (not hard to do), what's to lose? Is there anyone else left out there that is a better choice? Could play IQ, Walter and Battle as shooters with Fultz at PG.

I Think Markelle can be a positive with being able to facilitate. He will ease the pressure when teams double the Raps.. He is now the best passer on the team up there with Scottie. Pray he stays healthy

Fultz provides legit PG minutes off the deep bench. Nothing weird about this signing he was brought to the G for conditioning and learn the Raps system. At this point the shooting has to come from within IQ, Battle, Dick etc someone has to step up.
Is IQ getting leap-frogged by a G leaguer?

they need a big point guard that can play defense. They are thinking ahead to playoffs, Quickley and Shed are undersized on defense.

They are looking for an upgrade on shead. That’s all this is. Sheafs offence is just not good enough right now.
Guys we should be trying to drop back into the playin. We are no where near good enough to contend. We should be aiming to add another top end prospect to the roster. Not getting the 5th seed and getting crushed in the playoffs. This is what kills teams. We need another top end player asap. And should be aiming to get one in the first round this year. This draft is way better then even last years. If we pick 14-18 we will be in so much better of a spot next season then if we are picking 19-22
Unfortunately Fultz is a career underperformer. Another "What If" that the franchise will waste it's time with. This season and next will both continue to be a wash unless they get CONSISTENT SCORERS. We got dismantled by a rundown suns squad, nobody even got 20pts 😅… This teams build is just not it, it wont work. Rebuild!
Raptors regret keeping Shed instead of Davion. Since Mitchell developed into a lights out 3 point shooter for the Heat. And Shed can't hit a barn and is very turn over prone. Getting a number 1 overall pick PG and gambling he can stay healthy to return to form is the best chance they have to redeem that epic failure.

Well, going by how Darko played Mo Bamba on his 10 day contract. I will not be surprise if Darko sits Fultz on the beach for 10 days. Darko is obsess with this same roaster and I believe Darko has a roaster rotation problem. Shed is not a shooter and we need a guard that can shoot. It’s frustrating to see how many times Shed pass ball even when he is wide open to take a shot. He needs to shot that ball man.
I’m wishing this young guy all the success with the Raptors!! I hope luck redeems him as the #1 in his draft class! So far it looks promising with his 1st few minutes in the guy. A good facilitator. ❤🎉

Raptors are a very mediocre team with no upside. They have no physicality and still no leader and no consistent center. Their three shooting is high school .
